Petit Tenders

Our Petite Tenders of steak are a relatively new cut but is one of the most tender beef cuts and is “white-tablecloth quality.”  It is a similar quality to a filet, but less expensive.

  • U.S.D.A. Prime or Choice
  • Hormone-free.
  • Dry-aged for 7 days followed by wet-aged for 30 days, creating the amazing flavor profile and tenderness of the meat.
  • Vacuum packed and delivered frozen.
